Sauteed Mushrooms

  • 16 oz sliced mushrooms – washed
  • 4-8 Tbsp butter

Place mushrooms in small saucepan. Add butter. Heat on medium heat until butter has melted. Turn heat to low, cover and cook for 20-25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Drain off butter and serve.
