Italian Grilled Chicken

  • 6 chicken breasts – trimmed
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil + 2 Tbsp if grilling in a pan
  • 4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp of a garlic and basil seasoning*
  • zip top plastic bag

Place all ingredients in the zip top plastic bag. Close bag. Mix ingredients by smooshing the bag. Marinate at least 30 minutes, overnight if possible. Heat grill to medium heat. Place chicken on grill. Cook 7-8 minutes turn with tongs and cook additional 7-8 minutes. (Do Not use fork to turn chicken, this will cause the juices to drain and dry out your chicken). Remove from pan with tongs and let rest 3-5 minutes. Serve or slice or dice if needed for recipe.

*I like to use Homemade Gourmet’s Garlic Basil Seasoning
