Easy Oven Baked Chicken

425 degrees

  • 6-8 Chicken Thighs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2-3 Tbsp of your favorite poulty seasoning*

Wash and dry chicken. Place in a single layer, skin side down in a baking dish. Pour water into pan. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes; turn chicken pieces with tongs; bake, uncovered, 30 more minutes or until brown and cooked through. Yield: 6 servings

*Tip: I like to use Homemade Gourmet’s Garlic Basil Seasoning
